After the Conference of the International Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Economics (ISVEE) in Mérida, Mexico, there will be a post-conference workshop held on bioinformatics for veterinary epidemiologists.

Sequencing is rapidly leaving the domain of specialist researchers, and will in the coming years become a routine laboratory procedure. This will require epidemiologist to become acquainted with the data and how to use it in surveillance and outbreak investigations. You can download and read more about the course here
